  The in store salesman was fine. I had no issues there. The salesmen said we had to wait 2 weeks for delivery and installation.... fine, 2 weeks is somewhat reasonable. The installer came today and told us he could not install the dishwasher, that we had to have a plumber come hook up the lines because he could not do it. He said he didn’t know when the plumber could come out, but someone would call to schedule . We got a call several hours later and were told we have to wait almost an additional 2 weeks because that’s “when the plumber will be in your area” which seems ridiculous. I have to wait for a plumber to be in my area, the plumber just can’t come to my area when he is needed?!? The installer left the dishwasher in the box in the middle of my living room. We have moved it to the side, but it will be sitting in the way for 2 weeks. The installer also informed us that the plumber might not “want” to install the dishwasher and that a different installer may have to be rescheduled to come out. Meaning even more time we have to wait! I am extremely unhappy with their delivery and instillation services. It is unacceptable that I will be waiting over a month for my dishwasher. I have never had such unsatisfactory service in my life. I will NEVER purchase anything from Home Depot again.

  Edit: the doorbell started ringing at 650am. Their installer called me at 6AM to deliver our appliances! After moving all weekend with no sleep. The reminder call happened the night before, zero indication given that they would be here at 7am. I'd also point out this is breaking their 30 minute rule...following their own rule they should have called earlier than 630(still unprofessional). Unfortunately this is not the only issue I've had with home depot third parties. Last summer we purchased 2 washer and dryers and blinds for a rental property. We had issues with all of these items installs. When looking what was actually installed versus the receipt of the blinds home depot actually still owes us 300$ but the customer service at the salt lake location was so horrible the thought of dealing with then again made me want to vomit. I had false hopes that the AF location would be better. While the HD staff in American fork is fine, the third party XPO vendor practices have once again destroyed what used to be a great customer experience. Utah home depots are sub paar. All out of state people moving here, beware this is not like the home depots where you came from. They are a disaster. Lucky Lowes is across the street. Not taking a chance with this brand again.

  My favorite store. Good prices, good helpful employees. Stupid entitled customers that park their cars in the trailer parking and loading zone. This is a criticism for home depot because they don't bother to boot the vehicles or have them towed.
