  I had purchased a Christmas present for my grandson, as I put batteries in it before wrapping it, I noticed that it was not functioning properly. I returned to the store with the item however, I had miss placed my purchase receipt. Every person who worked at the store were very kind and helpful in assisting with my stituation, in spite of having so many customers to wait on. The item was exchanged for a replacement that works as advertised. Thank you Kohl's! This was my first time ever in purchasing from Kohl's. Thank you for assisting this grandfather for making Christmas special for a precious grandson.

  Had a bad experience yesterday when trying to exchange a shirt for a different size. Apparently there are different prices on white dress shirts. I asked her if I needed to go give the shirts with the same prices. She said she could just return the shirts and I could buy again. I told her I had 30% off. She said she'd give it to me, but didn't explain I'd be charged full price until after she rang me up. So she had returned my shirts, so I couldn't get them back. I was out the shirts and Kohl's cash. I could have just gone and switched the shirts. The store manager wasn't very sympathetic either.

  Wow! Everything was on sale. My lucky day to pick the right day to come in. Oh, that was a joke, since everything is always on "sale". I guess this place is okay, but it isn't my favorite store.
